Q: I placed my order but have not received a tracking number yet.

Q: My tracking page shows no movement. Should I worry?
Not at all. It can take 24–48 hours for carrier systems to show the first scan after a label is created. If the status stays the same for more than 72 hours, let us know and we will look into it for you.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Q: Tracking says delivered but I do not have my package.
First, look around your doorstep, porch, mailbox, and any secure delivery spots. Ask neighbours or your building reception if they accepted a package for you. Carriers sometimes scan parcels as delivered a few hours before the actual drop-off. If it still has not arrived after 24 hours, reach out to our team and we will investigate right away.
